Christina is a former dancer and came to Pilates due to a knee injury while training in NYC. Pilates became a staple in Christina’s routine once she realised how much it helped with maintaining strength and how vital is was to her post surgery rehabilitation. ‘For lots of people Pilates takes some perseverance to start with and I was no exception! It was a different way of working my body and that came with frustrations, but it made sense to me (even if it didn’t to my body initially) and so I kept going to class.’
Christina certified as a teacher in NYC in 2004. ‘I still learn from every client that walks through my door and I have a passion for helping people understand their bodies better to help themselves through pilates.’
